Welcome to LEARNSPACE, an online education platform where teachers can create and manage courses, conduct live classes, and register students to attend free or premium classes. By accessing or using
LEARNSPACE, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and
Conditions.

1. User
Roles and Access Levels
1.1
Teachers
- Teachers must register by providing valid
personal and professional details.
- All teacher registrations are subject to
approval by the platform admin.
- Upon approval, teachers may:
- Create and manage courses by uploading
content (videos, articles, assignments).
- Set course details including title,
description, schedule, and price (if applicable).
- Schedule and host live sessions via
integrated platforms like Zoom or Teams.
- Assign students to breakout rooms during live
sessions and record classes.
- Approve or reject student enrollment
requests.
1.2
Students
- Students must sign up with accurate personal
details.
- Student registrations are subject to admin
approval.
- Approved students may:
- Browse and register for available free or
premium courses.
- Pay for premium courses using the integrated
payment system (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Attend live classes, access class recordings,
and participate in breakout rooms and discussions.
- View course materials offline without the
ability to download.
2. Course
Creation by Teachers
- Teachers may create courses with:
- Course title, description, duration,
materials (videos, PDFs, articles), and schedule.
- Teachers can set courses as:
- Free: Accessible to all
registered and approved students.
- Premium: Accessible only
after payment through a secure payment gateway.

Student Registration and Payments
3.1
Registration
- Students must provide accurate personal
information during sign-up.
- Only approved students may access course
features.
3.2
Premium Course Payments
- Payment is required to enroll in premium
courses.
- Upon successful payment, access is granted,
and both student and admin receive confirmation.
3.3
Payment Gateway
- All payments are processed securely through
integrated gateways like Stripe or PayPal.
- We do not store any sensitive payment
information.
4. Live
Class Setup
4.1
Integration
- Live sessions are conducted via third-party
integrations (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Students will receive access links via email
before class begins.
4.2
Breakout Rooms
- Teachers may assign students to breakout rooms
for group activities.
- Teachers can moderate and move between rooms
as needed.
4.3 Class
Recordings
- All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to
the respective course pages.
- Teachers may restrict or allow access to these
recordings.
5. Admin
Panel and Management
- The platform admin:
- Approves or denies user registrations.
- Monitors course content and manages user
access.
- Tracks payments and course enrollments.
- Manages platform operations and enforces
terms of use.
- Has the authority to suspend or terminate
accounts in violation of these terms.
6.
Communication and Interaction Tools
- Announcements & Notifications:
Teachers may post course-related updates. Notifications are sent via email
and within the platform.
- Discussion Forums:
Forums are available for course-specific interaction between students and
teachers.
- In-Class Chat:
Real-time messaging is available during live classes.
7.
Security and Content Protection
- Offline Viewing Only:
Course content is accessible offline within the platform but cannot be
downloaded to protect intellectual property.
- Data Protection:
All personal and payment data is securely stored and processed in
accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
8.
Intellectual Property
- All course content uploaded by teachers
remains the intellectual property of the content creator.
- Students are granted a limited,
non-transferable right to access content for personal learning only.
- Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of
content is strictly prohibited.
9.
Termination and Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
access to the platform for any user violating these terms or engaging in
fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
10.
Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms and Conditions at
any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform and become
effective immediately upon posting.
